    I am confused about the food combining. The examples are helpful and please share the rules for what to combine and avoid by food groups Or provide an additional resource. Thank you. Merci.

    Hello Jeanne … The food combining is easy ; no proteine with feculent ♡

    Only green vegetables with all meal in association-thank you so much .

    Hi Joelle, thank you so much for this course I am really enjoying it. I have been doing week 1 & 2 together as I have been working out for almost a year now and wanted more challenge. I am doing week 3 & 4 now and wanted to ask when the new course is ready. I see new exercises on Facebook and I am keen to learn them. I can already see a difference in the way my stomach looks but moreover I feel more connected to my lower body much more stronger and the sensations are becoming more powerful. The best part is I can finally tighten everything up without using it putting pressure on my neck. Thank you so much 😊
