    Looking forward to starting TBL here in England! I’ve looked at week 1 exercises. Do I do all four exercises for 15 minutes each day?

    Hello Paola … welcome to TBL univers … yo might do the breathing too quick. 5 MINUTES WEEK 1 ? If you feel your perineum and transverse it’s all good..you can go thriugh week 2 and make your exercices slowly please. Conscience and slow are the key words for TBL. Let’s try again slowly . 🌺
