    I am confused
    Today is my first day

    For week 1 there are 4 episodes
    What should I do ?
    Do all 4 per day for one week ? How many minutes ?

    Or each episode is one day for 15 minutes ?

    TBL ITS 15 MN per day. You choose the exercice you want – you do the 4 exercices following the video if you have time week one every day . The most important with my method is to practise every single day 🌹 Hope you enjoy and try to make a testimony on Face Book my page in english … All the best 🌺
